FINAL NOTES FROM A LANCASHIRE COUNTRYMAN
I have been a member for a relatively short period of time 18 months, during that time I have produced 165 hubs before this one, each one about the countryside and wildlife of northern England in the U.K. .
However, the new rules about duplicate work not being accepted here at hub pages has helped to make my decision to concentrate on my own wildlife site. Many of the articles on the site are posted here. However, there will be many more in the future which will now only appear on my site.
Hub pages as been a great experience for me and I will always be grateful to have had the opportunity to meet so many fantastic people through their writing and friendships that I have formed during my stay here. There are so many fantastic writers they are to numerous to mention here individually. They can be found by clicking in hubbers.
I have acquired over three hundred followers during my time here and I am very Grateful to all of them and honored. Many have left Fan mail with comments I have found encouraging and most welcome. Fellow hubbers { at least the majority of them} are eager to give advise and help to new hubbers which is always to be welcomed to new members dipping their toes into the water.
Although the whole community is far to large to mention individually I feel I should say a heart felt thank you for those followers who have taken the time to leave a comment with their fan mail. So I will Grace this hub with their names as a thank you.........

Although I have completed my writing time here I have certainly not given up visiting hub pages, {how can one desert such great writers} and will be leaving comments as I do now. I will visit regularly as many hubs as possible.

Well I just met you Dave and understand that you've left the hub! I can understand your reason, but you must be checking in occasionally. I'm a Lancashire lass, though I live in Devon now. I understand about the duplicate rule being a pain but it's a shame you're not going to be writing here now.

Oh please do not leave, they are beautiful hubs. I know I don't always comment but you are an inspiration and our niece looks at your beautiful pictures all of the time. I am always speechless when I come across your hubs, the pictures are always astounding and your writing amazing. I am sorry to see you go but have happily bookmarked your website so I don't miss anything.
